EXPECT a proper diagnosis
We ask you lots of questions, to evaluate your symptoms and perform a thorough physical examination. As a 7-minute assessment is not enough time to figure out the real causes. In other words, we will make every effort to rule out the possibility that the pain is a symptom of something untoward. In the rare instances where your chiropractor is worried about your symptoms, they will write a thorough referral letter to your GP surgery.
EXPECT hands-on manipulation
Specific treatments will vary from person-to-person, but we nearly always move joints that need to move. Sometimes we perform chiropractic “adjustments” (crack).
Please note that chiropractors do use a variety of different techniques. We endeavour to find the appropriate treatment that works for you. None of our treatments will require you to take any drugs or undergo any invasive surgery.

My name is Sam and I am a registered chiropractor After being vigorously trained at a specialist University, I moved back to my hometown of Plymouth. Where I am actively involved in supporting plymouth argyle football club, whenever they are playing at home. Although I do like a nice national trust walk. I love being a chiropractor because I get to help people to get out of pain. It's as simple as that. So expect me to use my hands to relax tight muscles and move joints that are restricted. My promise to you is to make every effort to empower you to achieve your personal goals.
